The Union County Hospital Senior Circle Chapter and Fitness Forum Gym in Anna will once again offer the Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program. The program is designed to provide a community based, non-clinical exercise program for those who have joint and/or muscle problems. The classes will provide exercises, movement activities, and relaxation techniques to help improve joint mobility, muscle strength, and endurance, as well as health education. Classes will start on February 2 and will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10-11 a.m. at Fitness Forum.

The class is free to all Union County Hospital Senior Circle members and Fitness Forum members. For non-members, the cost is $20 for the 8 week program. Pre-registration is required for anyone wanting to attend.
